PRICE INCLUDES: 1 day rental (24h), unlimited mileage.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: VAT, Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Wheels and Undercarriage Insurance (WUG), and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
When picking up the vehicle, the following documentation is required:
1.1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Union Pay – cards must be issued in the name of the main driver and must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the rental agreement.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Cards issued in someone else’s name (including family members)
American Express credit cards
Prepaid cards
Virtual payments (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)

The rental fee for the vehicle and selected additional services must be paid in advance through the website. To pick up the shipment, you must authorize a DEPOSIT.
The deposit serves as security for the payment of rent and any additional costs that may arise during the rental period (possible delays, lack of fuel, vehicle damage not covered by protection packages, traffic violations, fines, etc.).

DEPOSIT AMOUNT: €700.00 – €1500.00 (depending on the vehicle category)

If you use a credit card to pay the deposit, the credit card will be authorized for each rental (deposit) and you must know the PIN number. If you pay with a debit card, the purchase of an L. protection package is required.

Upon returning the vehicle, your deposit will be unblocked (please note that authorization may take 4 to 6 weeks).

In case you:
Do not present a valid credit or debit card
Do not have sufficient funds to pay the deposit
The card is not issued in the name of the main driver
You will not be able to pick up the vehicle. In the above cases, you are not entitled to a refund of the funds you paid for the vehicle reservation.
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Vehicle return/pickup outside office hours – in case of picking up or returning the vehicle outside office hours, a fee of €50.00 is mandatory.
One-way rentals:

€250.00 – for all rentals throughout the year, regardless of duration
*If the vehicle is picked up or returned to a location different from the agreed one, a fee of €250.00 will be charged.

Deliveries and pickups: €40.00 (15 km from pickup/return location)
If you want the vehicle to be delivered or picked up at a location other than our locations, contact us with additional information after making a reservation. When contacting us, provide your reservation number and the exact address where you want the vehicle to be delivered or picked up.
The car delivery service is scheduled and confirmed after you receive written confirmation from us.
If you do not provide us with the exact location and do not receive written confirmation, you must pick up/return the vehicle at the branch you selected during the reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse the car delivery/pickup service. In this case, you will be notified and you must pick up/return the vehicle at the branch you selected during the reservation.

Young driver fee (18-20 years) / senior driver fee (70-80 years) – €10.00 per day

Cross-border fee – if you plan to travel outside Croatia, you need to pay a cross-border fee of €85.00. Travel is allowed to Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Hungary, Serbia, and Albania. In case of any accident/breakdown outside Croatia’s borders, protection packages will not be valid if you have not paid the mentioned fee. The penalty for crossing the border without prior approval and purchased fee is €600.00.

Ferry travel fee – If you plan to travel by ferry, you need to pay a fee of €40.00. Protection packages will not be valid for vehicles damaged on islands if the mentioned fee has not been paid.

Winter tire fee – the fee is charged in the period from 01.11. to 15.04.
*According to road vehicle safety requirements, winter equipment for vehicles is considered as follows: All motor vehicles (weighing less than 3.5 t) must use winter tires (M+S) on all wheels OR summer tires with a minimum tread depth of 4 mm + have snow chains in the vehicle, ready for use on the drive wheels.

Snow chains – free of charge

Tolls, parking fines, and traffic violations – as the vehicle user, you are responsible for all costs and fines incurred during the rental. If you do not settle the cost yourself or do not provide proof of payment as evidence that you have settled the cost, you will be charged the amount of the fine + an administrative fee.

Administrative fee for all fines: €30.00.

Lack of fuel – If the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level as when it was handed over, the missing fuel will be charged at a price of €2.30 + VAT per liter, plus a refueling fee of €30.00.
*The price per liter of fuel is subject to change due to market trends.

Vehicle cleanliness – the vehicle will be handed over clean and ready for rental and must be returned in the same condition. Extremely dirty vehicle interior and/or stains on seats will be charged €150.00.
Smoking in vehicles is not allowed! In case of violation of this rule, a penalty of €150.00 will be charged.

Animals in the vehicle – animals are not allowed in the vehicle (except for guide dogs). The penalty for violating this rule is €150.00.

Damage processing fee – in case of damage charge, the cost of damage will be charged according to the damage matrix + a damage processing fee of €70.00.

Vehicle immobilization/downtime fee – payable in case of an accident when the vehicle cannot be rented before repair. The amount of this fee depends on the vehicle category and the duration (number of days) of vehicle repair. *No refund for vehicle immobilization/downtime fee.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES – OPTIONAL

Additional driver – €10.00 per day. If you do not choose the surcharge for an additional driver, protection packages are valid only for the contract holder, i.e., the main driver. In case of a damaging event, if the vehicle was driven by a person not listed in the contract, we may charge you for the full amount of damage.

Child seat (0-11 months), Child seat (1-4 years), Booster – €7.00 per day

GPS navigation – €9.00 per day (max. €90.00 per rental)
